Infineon Technologies AG has expanded its PSOC 4 microcontroller (MCU) family with Multi-Sense capabilities, combining inductive and liquid sensing with the latest fifth-generation CAPSENSE technology. This innovation enables advanced Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and sensing solutions, offering unmatched versatility and performance for developers.

Key Features of PSOC 4 Multi-Sense:

  • Inductive Sensing: Enhanced noise immunity for modern metal-based designs, waterproof touch interfaces, and high-durability applications (e.g., kitchen appliances, industrial panels).
  • Liquid Sensing: Non-invasive liquid level detection with AI/ML algorithms, ideal for smart appliances like robot vacuums, coffee machines, and washing machines.
