AAEON Launches BOXER-8658AI: The Ultimate In-Vehicle Powerhouse with 8 PoE LAN Ports

AAEON is redefining in-vehicle embedded computing with the launch of the BOXER-8658AI, a cutting-edge AI system built on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX platform. This robust unit features eight PoE LAN ports, GNSS and 9-axis sensor support, and E-Mark certification, making it ideal for demanding automotive environments.

The BOXER-8658AI excels in rugged conditions, adhering to MIL-STD-810G standards for shock and vibration resistance, and operates within a wide temperature range of -15°C to 60°C. Its compact design (8.27” x 6.46” x 2.99”) with wall mount capabilities ensures easy installation in various vehicle setups.

With its extensive connectivity options, including eight PoE LAN ports, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, DB-9 and DB-15 ports for CANBus and RS-232/422/485, and support for Wi-Fi and LTE through M.2 slots, the BOXER-8658AI facilitates seamless communication with diverse vehicle systems and sensors. It also features optional expansions for NVMe storage and SIM card slots.
